The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) requires all international students and scholars at Georgetown University in F-1 or J-1 status to report changes of address within 10 days of any move. This includes the period of Optional Practical Training (OPT) and Academic Training (AT). During the OPT period specifically, students are also required by law to report employer information each time they accept a position as well as any period of unemployment. Please use this form to make the necessary changes to the information OIP sends to DHS.
