International Graduate Orientation (IGO)
August 18-19, 2008
IGO is a two-day program of social events and information sessions on academic life, immigration regulations, health care, employment, and much more. IGO provides international students an opportunity to meet faculty, staff, and fellow students in their first days here. Although all students are encouraged to attend the entire orientation, please note that all international students in F-1 and J-1 status are REQUIRED to attend the Immigration Reporting Session on Monday, August 18th at 10:00 am. Please register for IGO before July 20, 2008.
International Housing Search (IHS): The Office of Off-Campus Housing (OCH) and the Office of International Programs (OIP) assist you in your search for off-campus housing. IHS gives graduate and graduate level exchange students, who are not eligible for on-campus housing, the opportunity to stay temporarily on-campus and attend housing information sessions while conducting their housing search in the D.C. metro area. Please reserve your space for IHS before July 20, 2008.
